Employment Opportunity

Itasca Denver, Inc. has an immediate opening for a principal hydrogeologist preferably with experience in the mining industry. The responsibilities of the principal are to maintain existing projects and develop potential new projects, mentor the staff, ensure high-quality technical work, and direct the execution of the projects. Specifically, we are looking for a candidate with the following characteristics:

  • advanced university education;
  • at least 20 years of experience in their field of expertise;
  • proven records of technical excellence;
  • professional registration by a recognized organization; and
  • ability to obtain and supervise technical projects.

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent residence status. Itasca is an employee-owned company offering competitive salaries and excellent benefits with an office located in Lakewood, CO. In accordance with Colorado Equal Pay Transparency laws, the salary range for this role in CO is $150,000 - $200,000.
